 Return & Refund Policy

 

Cancellation You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. For custom or personalized orders, cancellation is not possible once production has started, even within the 24-hour window.

Custom & Personalized Items — No Right of Withdrawal In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized. All custom-made products (including personalized prints, custom designs, and made-to-order items) are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

By placing an order for a custom or personalized item, you acknowledge and agree that the item cannot be returned under the EU withdrawal right.

Returns — Non-Custom Items (e.g. Battle Mats, Texture Rollers) If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at nikola@simplyprintastic.com to initiate a return and obtain the correct return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For customers outside the EEA, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the same conditions above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at nikola@simplyprintastic.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days depending on your bank or card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times vary. If you still haven't received it, contact us at nikola@simplyprintastic.com.
